Mercer's US Health and Benefits consulting practice advises on employer sponsored healthcare programs, addressing complex issues related to federal compliance, budgeting and cost management, wellbeing strategy, and current issues in public health policy. With several Holy Cross alums in the office, we know that students are primed with critical thinking and communication skills that we look for in our consultants.
