Join us for an exciting, first-of-its-kind career event that celebrates the intersection of identity and career development! This Spring, we’re bringing together Holy Cross alumni and students to have real conversations about how your identity—whether shaped by culture, gender, race, sexuality, or other personal experiences—plays a pivotal role in shaping your career path.

The event is designed with Multicultural Student Organizations in mind, specifically aimed at forging powerful connections between alumni and students from historically underrepresented communities to take advantage of all the HC Alumni Network has to offer.

Event Highlights:

  • Luncheon & Keynote: Speaker Brandon Gomez ’14, CNBC News
  • Panel Discussions: Explore both identity and industry-driven topics with alumni experts
  • Networking Reception: Build lasting professional relationships

Whether you're navigating the workforce as Asian, Black, First-Gen, Latinx, LGBTQIA+, or with multiple identities, this is a valuable opportunity to connect with alumni who understand your unique experiences and to gain invaluable insights from those who've walked similar paths. This event is about building community, sharing stories, and advancing careers—because your identity matters in the professional world!

Feel free to reach out with any questions—we can’t wait to have you with us! Let’s explore, share, and build the future of work together. All students are welcome!
