Explore balance through the sweetest combination of movement and stillness.
Each themed session will begin with a formal grounding meditation practice and end with a reviving sound healing experience. ***Think: laying on the floor and listening to a soft rain, or the hum of the sound bowls. You will leave feeling renewed with a sense of peace and a deeper connection to yourself and your community.
