We're officially a month into the semester and the academic pressure is ON. Don't sacrifice taking care of yourself - especially your sleep!

Come to Ciampi-Condron Hall Ground Floor this Thursday October 2nd from 8-10pm to relax, learn about the importance of sleep, and grab some free tea & a sleep kit. Each kit includes a sleep mask, earplugs, and tips on how to get quality sleep!
