Admission Tour Guides are comprised of dedicated student volunteers in the sophomore, junior, and senior classes. Campus tours are offered year-round with some small hiatuses during school breaks. Interviews for new Tour Guides happen once per year, towards the end of the spring semester. COPE focuses on building a strong connection between the Counseling Center and Holy Cross students through inclusive outreach programming designed to increase student awareness of mental health issues and reduce the stigma associated with seeking help. Through direct programming and primary prevention efforts, COPE provides education and resources for students of diverse backgrounds. COPE seeks to promote emotional well-being among Holy Cross students and to help them resolve stressful situations when they arise. As a peer education group, COPE does not engage in peer counseling.

HC Launch, the student-run incubator, fosters the development of entrepreneurial skills and ventures in the Holy Cross community. The incubator takes a holistic approach to support individuals through skills training, mentorship, funding opportunities, and in-kind resources. Students can pursue two paths: 1) receive support developing a business from concept to launch and growth or 2) join an extended team that will help current venture ideas. The incubator has an application process for both business ideas and for associate positions on the management team. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

The Holy Cross Student Investment Fund (HCSIF) through the Ciocca Center for Business, Ethics, and Society at the College of the Holy Cross supports the liberal arts education by developing literacy for the financial services industry. HCSIF fosters teamwork and personal growth through competition, and provides a rigorous training program to prepare underclassmen for internships and employment. Members gain experience and knowledge in the fields of asset valuation, equity research, and portfolio management to prepare them for the demands of modern business and finance.

Relationship Peer Educators (RPEs) are trained to offer support, education, and facilitated discussions through programming on issues of sexual assault and misconduct, consent, and other forms of interpersonal violence for the Holy Cross community. We do this to reduce sexual violence on campus and promote a culture of healthy relationships.

The RPE members receive specialized training to educate the campus community on issues of healthy relationships, sexual and gender-based violence, consent, and other forms of interpersonal violence. As a peer education group, RPE members are a support resource, but do not engage in peer-counseling.

The Student Health Awareness Peer Educators (SHAPE) Promotes responsible decisions regarding personal and community health by developing health programs and outreach. Student's in SHAPE are dedicated to educating the student body about a variety of health issues and public health concerns, encourage health promotion behaviors, and guide individuals to wellness and disease prevention. Members of SHAPE are available to students as a resource of information regarding a variety of health concerns.

Sweet students are trained to provide honest and accurate information and respond to questions regarding drug and alcohol use. If you choose to use, we have tips and tricks to help you be safer. If you choose not to use, we have great ways for you to meet others who make the same choice!
While we come from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives, we are united in our goal to make Holy Cross as fun and safe of a campus as possible. When necessary, Sweet students can refer students with personal issues relating to alcohol and other drugs to appropriate sources of assistance and will support students who struggle with others' use/misuse of substances.
