The Alexander Hamilton Society (AHS) is a non-partisan, not-for-profit, national organization that seeks to identify, educate, and launch young men and women into foreign policy and national security careers imbued with the Hamiltonian perspective of strong and principled American leadership in global affairs. With the world more chaotic and dangerous today than it has been in a half-century, we seed the ground for the future of American foreign policy. Primarily through engaging in debate, AHS programming is critical to the intellectual and professional development of a new generation of American leaders. We believe that the American polity benefits from vigorous public discussion; our students frequently tell us that our events are the most engaging debates that take place on campus. AHS operates on over 80 chapters on college campuses across the country, in addition to professional chapters in New York City and Washington, DC.

AHS's selective national programming provides our student leaders with foundational educational, professional, and social experiences. From our annual Student Leadership Conference that prepares our students to lead their campus chapters to our Hamilton National Institute that educates students in the fundamentals and first principles of our industry to our robust partnership with the Reagan National Defense Forum, our national programs are unique opportunities to catapult students deep into our network and into leadership positions on their campuses.

We also assist our students with the most critical of functions: career advancement. Through opportunity tracking, mentorship and counseling, relationship building, and some financial support, our team serves as the office of career services for our student leaders, acting as their bridge into the professional world. By building relationships with like-minded institutions, offices, and people, we have become the pipeline for trusted and vetted talent, and are increasingly the first stop for resume calls in our growing network.

COPE focuses on building a strong connection between the Counseling Center and Holy Cross students through inclusive outreach programming designed to increase student awareness of mental health issues and reduce the stigma associated with seeking help. Through direct programming and primary prevention efforts, COPE provides education and resources for students of diverse backgrounds. COPE seeks to promote emotional well-being among Holy Cross students and to help them resolve stressful situations when they arise. As a peer education group, COPE does not engage in peer counseling.

The mission of D.E.S.I. is to enhance, reinforce and strengthen South Asian countries' culture and social awareness at the College of the Holy Cross. D.E.S.I. s agenda encompasses topics related to the eight South Asian countries: Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Afghanistan, India, and the Maldives. We explore the festivals and the traditions of these countries in efforts to educate the Holy Cross community. In developing an acronym for Developing and Educating South-Asian Ideologies, D.E.S.I., we emphasize that we are not only teaching the Holy Cross community a particular country but about all South-Asian countries that originated within the Indian subcontinent. These teachings go beyond just the cultural aspect, including the significance of social justice in D.E.S.I communities in America and abroad.

The purpose of Fools on the Hill is to provide students with an opportunity to perform a cappella music in a co-educational musical environment. As a group, we strive to cover a wide range of music, perform at numerous on- and off-campus gigs, and produce a musical product that is of high quality for the enjoyment of the people who attend performances.

Admitted group members get to perform with the group at biweekly Cool Beans performances. Members also have the chance to perform at several gigs both on- and off-campus, including in Seelos Theater for the Family Weekend A Cappella Showcase and at the Purple Key Society's Annual Tree Lighting in December. Fools also has performed at Foolzapalooza, an annual spring event held in the Hogan Ballroom and the Worcester Education Collaborative's WEC'appella, a charity a cappella competition between Worcester area high schools and colleges.

Fusion Hip Hop Dance Team welcomes all dancers and non-dancers to participate. Even
though we are a Hip Hop dance group, we are a team that fuses all types of dance together, hence
the name Fusion. We perform in many MSO events, such as LASO, ASIA, CASA, and BSU.
We also collaborate with many other groups on campus! Fusion Hip Hop is a proud group here

Habitat for Humanity for Holy Cross is a group of students who volunteer at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Worcester on Saturdays. We complete important tasks such as pricing and organizing donated items for sale around the store. Occasionally, we get to participate in build days. Our aim is to offer assistance to the employees and other volunteers so that the organization has successful construction projects and other important tasks at ReStore are completed.

The purpose of Off the Record (OTR) is to provide a close-knit community for females looking to join a vocal group on campus. Relationship Peer Educators (RPEs) are trained to offer support, education, and facilitated discussions through programming on issues of sexual assault and misconduct, consent, and other forms of interpersonal violence for the Holy Cross community. We do this to reduce sexual violence on campus and promote a culture of healthy relationships.

The RPE members receive specialized training to educate the campus community on issues of healthy relationships, sexual and gender-based violence, consent, and other forms of interpersonal violence. As a peer education group, RPE members are a support resource, but do not engage in peer-counseling.

The College of the Holy Cross Women's Club Soccer program offers students an opportunity to continue playing soccer at a competitive level. The club's games primarily take place during the fall season, with a few opportunities to play in the spring. The club typically practices twice a week, with indoor practice offered during the winter. Games include competition with Dartmouth, WPI, Assumption, Providence, and other competitive teams.

The Spring Break Immersion Program offers Holy Cross students the opportunity to build relationships across economic, regional, and cultural differences with people throughout the U.S.

Solidarity, spirituality, and mutuality are core values of the program. Though there is an element of direct service involved at many of our spring break immersion sites, the primary focus is on building relationships with the people in our host communities.

Rather than setting out to "make a difference," our students set out — in the words of Rev. Greg Boyle, S.J. — to "wonder how people are doing." The program aims to emphasize the "with" in the phrase "people for and with others," and we hope that participants return to campus with a deeper appreciation for accompaniment, mutuality, and shared human experience.

We're student leaders who empower our peers to prioritize their health and well-being regarding substance use. Sweet students are trained to provide honest and accurate information and respond to questions regarding drug and alcohol use. If you choose to use, we have tips and tricks to help you be safer. If you choose not to use, we have great ways for you to meet others who make the same choice!
While we come from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives, we are united in our goal to make Holy Cross as fun and safe of a campus as possible. When necessary, Sweet students can refer students with personal issues relating to alcohol and other drugs to appropriate sources of assistance and will support students who struggle with others' use/misuse of substances.
