Transportation Information

A free shuttle service for students doing community engagement work is offered when classes are in session (Monday-Saturday only; there are no shuttles on Sunday). Shuttles make numerous stops throughout Worcester, including colleges, Worcester public schools, cultural centers, and non-profit organizations. Students should expect delays during peak times (2:30-5:30 p.m.) and plan accordingly.

Reserve shuttles through the HC Go App (launched in Jan, 2022!).

The shuttles to Worcester-based agencies are not a "hop on hop off service." A reservation must be made by 9am the day before.

To reserve transportation, you will need to receive a personalized code to be able to book shuttles through Community-Based Learning, SPUD, or CSWS. Contact those offices to learn how to reserve your shuttle.
